| 摘 要： | 研究探讨房地产融资的策略及金融业发展创新方向.借鉴发达国家的经验,采用比较分析、相关分析等方法,分析了目前我国房地产行业融资渠道的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了今后房地产行业在融资渠道及金融创新方面的建议,指出我国必须培育发达的资本市场并提供尽可能多的融资渠道从而减少房地产中的金融风险.研究对今后我国房地产行业融资具有积极的借鉴作用.

| Abstract: | This paper is aimed at designing financing channels in Chinese real estate market and studying the innovation direction of financial market. According to the analysis of the successful experience in developed countries, this paper mainly uses the methods of comparison and correlation analysis. It discusses the current and prospective financial channels in real estate industry and the existing problems. Basing on the above analysis, the suggestions on the future financing channels and innovations are put forward. Furthermore, China should cultivate advanced financial market providing as much instrument as possible to disperse current risks in real estate market. This paper provides a useful reference and realistic application to the real estate industry development. |
