电子阱在多级降压收集极中的应用

摘    要:本文主要介绍在多级降压收集极中应用处于第一收集极之后相对于第一收集极为高电位的附加电极,使得该电极与第一收集极之间的区域形成了一个捕获二次电子的电子阱,从而使该收集极在获得高效率的同时,具有较小的返流。此外,这个高电位电极的相邻两电极可以等电位工作,这将有利于行波管供电电源模块的简化。

Abstract:In this paper,electron trap is used to capture the secondary electrons in multi-stage depressed collectors(MDC).The trap is formed by application of an electrode whose potential is higher than its two neighbours.The collectors with this kind electron trap can have higher efficiency and small back stream.Besides,the two neighbouring can work under the same potential which is environment for the miniaturization of the power supply module.
