摘    要:采用3种不同的消解方法处理同一发样,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定发样中Fe、Zn、Ca的含量,通过实验得出,3种消解方法对测定结果影响不大。对3种头发消解预处理方法进行分析比较,结果发现非完全消解法是值得推广的样品消解方法。

Abstract:Three different digestion methods were made to digest the same hair sample,and the contents of Fe,Zn and Ca were determined by FAAS.Comparing with the experimental results,it was found that three different digestion methods had little effect on the determination.Three methods of hair digestion pretreatment were analyzed and compared.The results show that non-complete digestion method should be the promoted sample digestion method.
