摘    要:介绍PE熔体流动速率标准物质的研制过程。采用聚合物共混技术制备标准物质,6家实验室协作定值,定值方法采用GB/T3682—2000标准。研制的PE熔体流动速率标准物质的均匀性、稳定性良好,定值结果准确、可靠。标准物质的稳定期大于1a,标准值为20.10g/(10min),扩展不确定度为0.46g/(10min)。

Abstract:The developing process of the certified reference material of polyethylene melt flow rate was introduced. The certified reference material of melt flow rate was prepared by polymer blend technique. The certification was conducted by the cooperation of 6 laboratories, the certification method is GB/T 3682 -2000. The homogeneity and stability of the certified reference material of polyethylene melt flow rate developed by polymer blend technique are good, the result of the certified value is accurate and reliable. The stable period is more than one year, the certified value is 20. 10 g/(10 min) and expanded uncertainty is 0.46 g/(10min).
