摘    要:基于对工质在压缩机中经历的实际过程的分析,提出了一种在理论制冷循环中与之相应的过程模型-由定压加热子过程、绝热压缩子过程、定压放热子过程组成的复合过程;给出了包含余隙容积影响的过程计算式和计算方法,计算简单易行.较之现有的单一绝热压缩过程模型,新的过程模型及相应的过程和循环性能计算结果更加接近实际.

Abstract:Based on the examination to the practical compression process in a vapor compression refrigeration,air-conditioning,or heat pump system,the widely adopted simple adiabatic compression model in the theoretical refrigeration cycle was adapted to a combined process consisting of three sub- processes,i.e.,isobaric heating,adiabatic compression and isobaric heat discharging.Equations taking into account of the affect of the clearance in a piston-cylinder compressor and steps for determining the combined process were presented.It was shown by demonstration calculations under air-conditioning conditions that the deviations of the calculated discharge temperature,volumetric capacity and COP to the practical ones are greatly reduced with the present approach.
