| Abstract: | Benzohydroxamic acid has been employed as a reductometric titrant for the determination of manganese in various ores and alloys. The determination is based on the fact that benzohydroxamic acid reduces Mn(VII) quantitatively to Mn(II) in 1.5N sulphuric acid. |
