青藤碱和黄芩甙的极谱特性

摘    要:用单扫示小极谱法研究了青藤碱和黄芩甙的电化学行为,青藤碱在0.1mol/L Na2B4O7中有两个还原峰,峰P1和P2的电位分别为-1.45V和-1.67V,峰P1的峰电流与浓度在0.06-1.8mg/L和2.0-34.6mg/L范围内呈线性关系,检测限为0.02mg/L,在0.05mol/L棕檬酸钠+0.2mol/L HCl底液中,黄芩甙于-1.14V(P30和-1.32V(P4)处产生两还原峰

Polarographyic Character of Baicalin and Sinomenine

Abstract:The electrochemical behaviour of baicalin and sinomenine is studied by single sweep oscillopolarography. Sinomenine shows two reduction waves in 0. 1 mol/L Na,B.O, base solution and the peak potentials are - 1. 45 V and - 1. 67 V (vs. SCE) respectively. The peak height of wave P, is proportional to the concentration in the range of 0. 06 - 1. 8 mg/L and 2. 0-34. 6 mg/L respectively, and the detection limit is 0. 02 mg/L. In the base solution of 0. 05 mol/L trisodium citrate +0. 2 mol/L HCl, baicalin shows two reduction waves with the peak potentials - 1. 14 V(P3) and 1. 32 V(P4) (vs. SCE), respectively. The peak height of the first wave (P3) is proportional to the concentration in the range of 0. 16- 0. 64 mg/L and 0. 72-24 mg/L respectively, and the detection limit is 0. 08 mg/L. It is em- ployed for the determination of totol alkaloids in sinomenium acutum (Thumb. ) Rehd. et Wils and baicalin in Scutellaria Daicalensis Georgi. In addition, it is discus8ed that sinomenine and baicalin can scavenge superoxide anion radical produced by the auto-oxidation of pyrogallol.
