摘    要:现有俄制油气混合透平膨胀机严重制约了EAST制冷机的性能和稳定性,同时鉴于EAST装置对制冷机的制冷量和可靠性要求提高,急需对EAST制冷机中透平膨胀机进行升级改造,以满足系统要求。通过编写FOR-TRAN程序计算新制冷量情况下所需膨胀机参数,并进行压机流量和换热器校核,最后通过国际招标,采购新透平膨胀机。

Abstract:The performance and stability of EAST refrigeration are hampered seriously by Russian-made Oil-Gas Hybrid Bearing Turbine-Expander,and EAST device needs to improve the cooling capacity and reliability of the EAST refrigeration.Therefore turbo-expander must immediately upgrade to meet the system requirements.The parameters of new expanders were calculated by FORFRAN program under the new situation,and the compressor flow and heat exchanger were checked.Finally the new Turbo-expanders will be purchased throug...
