| Abstract: | Calculating all one- and two-phonon contributions in fourth order to the isothermal desorption time, the validity of the relaxation time approach, and the adequacy of second-order perturbation theory to localized physisorption kinetics are examined. Explicit criteria are tested in numerical results. |
