三嗪基三取代氨基甲酰脲的合成及其生物活性

摘    要:以4,6-二烷氧基-2-三嗪基异氰酸酯和N,N-二取代脲为原料,合成了10个未见文献报道的标题化合物,其结构经1HNMR,IR和元素分析确证。初步生物活性测定表明,所有化合物均具有一定的除草活性。其中部分化合物具有明显的除草活性。

Abstract:Ten new trisubstituted triazinyl carbamyl urea derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of N,N-dialkylurea and 4,6-dimethoxide-2-triazinyl-isocyanate under microwave irradiation. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological activity test of the derivatives was determined by hydroponics experiment. The results indicated that some of them showed an obvious inhibitory activity for plant growth.
