富锌排铅咀嚼片安全性毒理学评价

摘    要:对富锌排铅咀嚼片(RZLR)进行了急性毒性试验、Ames试验、骨髓微核试验、精子畸形试验和30 d喂养试验。结果表明,小鼠急性毒性LD50(BW)>21 500 mg/kg,属无毒级;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、精子畸形试验和30 d喂养试验结果均为阴性;30 d喂养试验也未显示明显毒性。本研究证实RZLR是一种安全、无毒副作用的保健食品。

Abstract:Acute toxicity test,Ames test,cell micronucleus test,sperm shape abnormality test,and thirty days feeding test for rich zinc lead-removing tablet(RZLR)been had studied.The results showed that the oral LD_(50)(BW)in mice was greater than 21 500 mg/kg and belonged to the nonpoisonous.The negative results were obtained all for cell micronucleus test,sperm shape abnormality test,Ames test and thirty days feeding test,and significant toxicology of RZLR was not observed in thirty days feeding tests.The study had proved that RZLR was a health food of safety.
