| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Mit Hilfe der Informationstheorie wird die Information eines Chromatogramms analysiert. Die Automatisierung der chromatographischen Datenverarbeitung wird an Hand der zwei wichtigsten Varianten diskutiert. Die Probleme der Datenreduzierung werden besonders im Hinblick auf den Rausch untersucht.
Information flow and automatic data processing in chromatography The information of a chromatogram is analysed by use of the information theory. The automation of chromatographic data processing is discussed and the problems of data reduction are investigated, especially with respect to noise. |
