| Abstract: | A method for predicting the sound insulation between rooms is presented. It takes flanking transmissions into account and is based on the use of readily available infor-mation on the layout of the premisses, the partitions and their mounting. Three types of paths have been isolated and are explained. Some examples of measurement-calculation comparisons are presented. |
