| Abstract: | The solvent extraction behavior of the palladium-dimethylglyoxime complex has been studied in acidic media under conditions applicable for radiochemical studies of short-lived activities. Distribution coefficients have been determined in HCl, HNO3, and HClO4 as a function of acid concentration for the extraction of carrier-free palladium by dimethylglyoxime in chloroform. |
