甲基丙烯酸三乙基锡酯的聚合反应动力学的研究

摘    要:<正> 有机锡聚合物可以用于防污涂料,与低分子有机锡化合物相比,具有低环境污染、长效等特点。近年来,人们对有机锡单体的合成、纯化、聚合和共聚合进行了研究,但有关动力学的研究报道甚少,而甲基丙烯酸三乙基锡酯(TETM)的聚合动力学未见报道。

Abstract:In this paper, studies on the kinetic of polymerization of triethyltin methacrylate (TETM) in benzene solution at 60-80℃ in the presence of azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBM) were reported. It was shown that the rate equation of polymerization could be expressed as follows:Bp = Kp [TBTM]1.5 [AIBN]0.5,where [AIBN] and [TBTM] were the concentrations of the initiator and the monomer, respectively. The action energy of polymerization was found to be 16.6 kcal/mol.
