佤族舌运动类型的遗传学研究

2005年10月在云南省耿马县四排山乡调查了佤族252例中学生(男135例,女117例)的舌运动类型(卷舌、叠舌、翻舌、尖舌、三叶舌).研究结果表明:1)5种舌运动类型的出现率男女性别间均无显著差异;2)佤族5项舌运动类型中卷舌基因与尖舌基因、三叶舌基因间存在互作关系;3)翻舌基因与叠舌基因间存在互作关系,翻舌基因与三叶舌基因间也存在互作关系;4)佤族与内蒙古的汉族、蒙古族和朝鲜族以及与贵州布依族等群体比较,除与布依族的三叶舌出现率存在显著差异外,其他4种舌运动类型与布依族的出现率接近,佤族与其他三个民族舌运动类型出现率除三叶舌外均存在极显著差异.

Genetic Studies of Tongue Moving Types in Wa Nationality of Yunnan Province

252 middle school students(135 males,117 females)of Wa nationality from Gengma county of Yunnan Province were investigated for their 5 tongue moving types including rolling,folding,twisting,pointed and clover-leaf tongues.The results revealed as follow: 1) No significant sexual difference was found in the frequencies of five tongue moving types;2) Some interactions occured between rolling tongue gene and pointed tongue gene,and also interaction occurred between rolling tongue gene and clover-leaf tongue gene;3)Twisting tongue gene and folding tongue gene are interacting. Twisting tongue gene and clover-leaf tongue gene are also interacting;4)Compared with Han,Mongol and Korean nationalities in Inner Monglia Autonomous Region and the Bouyei nationality in Guizhou Province,four tongue moving types of Wa nationality are closed to Bouyei except frequency of clover-leaf tongue,but it have remarkable differences with the other nationality except frequency of clover-leaf tongue.
