| 摘 要： | 智能城市及智慧城市是新一代信息技术支撑、知识社会创新2.0环境下的城市形态,受到世界各国的高度重视.从政治、经济、特别是从新一代信息技术角度介绍了智能城市、智慧城市理念兴起的背景,阐述了无线城市、智能城市及智慧城市的概念、内涵、相互关系及发展方向,并就如何建设进行了深入研究,提出了8点发展策略思路.

| Abstract: | Intelligent city and smarter city are the support of next-generation information technology, and the city form of a knowledgeable society under the innovation 2.0 environment, which are gaining world wide attention. The authors have introduced, from the perspectives of politics, economy and especially the new generation information technology, the background for the concepts of intelligent city and smarter city, elaborated on the concepts, contents, relationships and development directions of wireless city, smart city and smarter city, and proposed 8 development strategies for the building of the cities. |
