稀土化合物的润滑性能

摘    要:通过摩擦磨损试验考察了La,Pr,Sm,Eu和Gd的二烷基二硫代磷酸盐(REDDP)、二烷基膦酸盐(REDPE)和三烷基磷酸盐(RETAP)3种类型15种稀土化合物的抗磨减摩性能。结果表明,稀土化合物具有较好的抗磨减摩性能,润滑性能的优劣顺序为:REDDP>REDPE>RETAP,对每一种类型的稀土化合物而言,润滑性能的优劣顺序为:Sm>La>Pr>Gd>Eu。

Abstract:The antiwear and friction reducing capacities of fifteen rare earth compounds of three types were evaluated on friction testers. The results show that the rare earth compounds provide good lubrication performances which are related to two aspects, firstly the type and secondly the rare earth elements. Different type of rare earth compounds with the same rare earth element exhibits different lubricity. For the same type of rare earth compounds, the lubricity of those with hexagonal rare earth elements is better than that with body centered cubic ones. Especially, the longer the c axis of a hexagonal rare earth element, the better the lubricity of its compounds.
