Abstract: | The application of scientific techniques such as Paramagnetic Resonance Spectroscopy, Petrographic Thin Section Analysis,
Neutron Activation Analysis and Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectroscopy allow to trace the origin and trading of pottery,
figurines and metals in prehistoric Aegean times. The present state of knowledge is described.
