The Application and Development of Chemometrics in Process Analysis
Abstract:A review with 90 references is presented which comprise of the application of chemometric methods to process analysis. The methods, multiple linear regression (MLR), principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares (PLS), neural networks (NN) and wavelet etc., which have been used in plant process such as process modeling, process montitoring, process controlling and the calibration of process instrument are described. It indicates that process analysis will benefit from chemometric methods.
