| Abstract: | In this paper the theoretical basis of applying the negative absorbance on a digital spectrophotometer is discussed. The error analysis and the plotting of analytical curve are illustrated. It is shown that the application of negative absorbance will result in wider analytical range, smaller relative error and simpler operation. |
