摘    要:高效毛细管电泳是80年代发展起来的一种高效、快速的新型分离技术,在对映异构体分离方面有着广泛的应用前景,本文介绍了这一新型分离技术用于对映体分离的基本原理,并列举了一些对映异构体分离的实例。

Abstract:The enantiomeric separation by high-performance capillary electrophoresis, (HPCE) is reviewed with 54 references. The review is presented according to the following separation mechanism: separating based on host-guest complexation, ligand exchange complex, interactions with chiralmicelles, microemulsion electrokinetics chromatography, natural chiral compounds or biological macromolecules as HPCE buffer additives. Chiral separations of enantiomeric compounds are cited from literarures. And the possible developments in this area are commented.
