| Abstract: | The enantiomeric separation by high-performance capillary electrophoresis, (HPCE) is reviewed with 54 references. The review is presented according to the following separation mechanism: separating based on host-guest complexation, ligand exchange complex, interactions with chiralmicelles, microemulsion electrokinetics chromatography, natural chiral compounds or biological macromolecules as HPCE buffer additives. Chiral separations of enantiomeric compounds are cited from literarures. And the possible developments in this area are commented. |
