摘    要:CDIO工程教育模式是近年来国际工程教育改革的最新成果,在国内逐渐受到关注。采用系统的观点,对CDIO工程教育相关的各个要素:学校、学生、老师、项目、方法等方面进行了分析,并对CDIO工程教育的本土化实践模式——"卓越工程师培养计划"进行了探讨,指出要紧紧抓住CDIO工程教育的主旋律——创新,不断发现、改进并消除整个系统中效率低下的子系统。

Abstract:The CDIO engineering education model is the latest achievements of the international engineering education reform in recent years,and is gradually receiving attention from our country.Adopting a systematic viewpoint,this paper discusses the various elements of the CDIO engineering education model,such as colleges, students,teachers,projects and methods etc,then explores the localization practice of the CDIO engineering education model—Excellence Engineer Training Scheme,and finally points out that we should firmly master the main theme—innovation and constantly discover,improve and eliminate the low-efficient subsystems for the CDIO engineering education model.
