多齿蛇鲻鳞片年轮形成的研究

摘    要:用能量散射仪测定了多齿蛇鲻鳞片不同部位的钙含量,发现鳞片上年轮处的钙含量比其它部位低,说明年轮形成与鱼体钙代谢有关,根据周年的生物学测定资料,多齿蛇鲻的生殖期为2~5月,鳞片上的年轮形成时间为3~6月,作者认为多齿蛇鲻的年轮是由于生殖季节鳞片上钙沉积量降低而形成,不是钙被重吸收的结果。

Abstract:X-Ray Energy Dispersive Analyzer (EDAX PV 9100) was used to study the calciun concentration on the different parts of the scales of Saurida tumbil. The study showed that the annulas formation is related to the calcium metabolism of the fish body. The calcium concentration in the position of annulus is lower than that of other parts. The spawning season of Saurida tumbil was determined to be from February to May, and the annulus formation period from March to June. According to the analysis result with EDAX and the biology of Saurida tumbil, it was concluded that the annulus formation is due to decrease of calcium sediment on the scale during the spawning season.
