H-atom photofragments from H2O2 dissociated at 193 nm

Abstract:Hydrogen atoms produced by photodissociation of H2O2 using 193 nm laser light have been observed for the first time. The H atoms are detected by VUV spectroscopy. The yield is 12 ± 1%. The H atoms are produced by a one-photon process.
