摘    要:利用AFS-920双道原子荧光光度计,采用氢化物一原子荧光法测定血液中的铅含量,并通过试验确定了仪器工作参数:载流、屏蔽气流量,介质和掩蔽剂的用量等。此方法的检出限为1.00ng/mL,相对标准偏差为1.1%,回收率为95.0%-105.0%,测定方法的相关系数大于0.9990,标准曲线的线性范围0~20ng,mL。采用本方法测定血液中的铅含量具有检出限低,操作简单、快速、干扰少、节省试剂等优点。

Abstract:We determined the lead in blood with such approach as hydrogen atom fluorescence and such instrument as atom fluorescence photometer of pair AFS - 920 ways. The effects of various parameters, flow carry, shield amount of air current, lie quality and cover up dosage were investigated. Its checks limit is 1.00 ng/mL, relative standard deviation is 1.1%, the recovery rate is 95.0% - 105.0%, the relative coefficient is greater than 0. 9990, and the linear scope is 0 -20 ng/mL. Its positives are low check limit, simple operation, quickness, less interference and regent saving, etc.
