摘    要:针对金属加工润滑中常用的三种不同结构的含磷极压剂,使用SRV研究了其摩擦系数随温度、摩擦条件的变化而变化的过程,并使用SEM和EDX对SRV试验件的磨斑进行了分析.结合其热失重分析结果说明,磷酸酯分子的反应活性和热稳定性决定其抗磨极压润滑性能.使用ERICHSEN金属板材成型试验机模拟评价不同添加剂的冲压性能,提出了高效应用三种不同结构含磷极压剂的方法.

Abstract:Three kinds of phosphates commonly used in lubricant as extreme-pressure additive in metal working were evaluated using an Optimol SRV tribometer at elevated temperature. The wear scar was investigated using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrum. Based on thermogravimetric analysis of the three additives, it indicates that the reactivity and thermal stability of phosphates determined the lubrication performance, i.e. anti-wear and extreme pressure. The stamping lubrication performance of the phosphates was evaluated on an ERICHSEN sheet metal forming machine. And the efficient use of the three phosphates as extreme pressure agent were discussed.
