摘    要:提出了一种以水润滑动静压轴承为支撑、永磁同步电机驱动的高速离心式空气压缩机解决方案.在结构上实现了水润滑与永磁电机的融合,满足了燃料电池系统对空压机无油、高效的要求.在对空压机转子系统进行动力学优化的基础上,研究了不同结构浅腔动静压轴承的水膜稳定性,进而研发出空压机原理样机,空压机样机在6×104r/min时可提供350kg/h,压力比为1.52的压缩空气,整体效率接近80%,实现了高速稳定运行,验证了设计方案的可行性.

Abstract:A design programming was presented for a high speed centrifugal air compressor supported with water lubricated bearings and driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). In order to satisfy the oil-free and high efficiency requirements of the fuel cell system, the compressor was designed structurally combining water lubricated bearing with PMSM. A dynamic optimization was first conducted on the compressor rotor, then the stability performances of different kinds of water lubricated sallow multi-pocket bearing were investigated. Finally, a prototype of the compressor was developed and tested. The results show that the air compressor prototype can proride compressed air with 350kg/h, aressure ratio at 6×104 r/min. Steady operations at high rotating speed were obtained, and the feasibility of the design was verified.
