| Abstract: | A very mild, efficient and simple method for the synthesis of tertiary α-amino phosphonates is reported by reaction of an aldehyde, a secondary amine and trialkylphosphite in ethereal solution of lithium perchlorate, LPDE, at ambient temperature with high yields. |
