| 摘 要： | 作为中国对国际上第3代移动通信的贡献,中国提出的TD-SCDMA RTT建议,通过两年多的完善和融合,已经成为ITU IMT_RSPC的一个组成部分。2000年内,将在3GPP内实现CDMA TDD标准的集成,形成国际上统一的TDD标准。文章对此标准和建议首先作了一个简单的介绍,然后结合中国第2代移动通信的发展情况和国际上对TDD方式的看法,着重讨论使用TD-SCD-MA的必要性和此技术的竞争能力。

| Abstract: | As a contribution of China to the de-velopment of the third-generation mobile communications, the TD-SCDMA RTT Recommendation proposed by China, af-ter two years' modification and improve-ment, has become a part of ITU's IMT -RSPC. Within the year 2000, a universal TDD standard will be formulated through the integration of 3GPP' s CDMA TDD standards. This paper briefs present tech-nical recommendations for the third -gen-eration mobile communications. Based on the development of the 2nd - generation mobile communications in China and atti-tudes of other countries towards TDD, the paper emphasizes the necessity of adopt-ing TD -SCDMA and the competitive pow-er of the recommendation. |
