吸氧改善力竭运动后疲劳的实验研究

摘    要:通过比较受试者在力竭运动后采用吸入氧气与自然休息2种方式所呈现的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数等不同变化情况,发现受试者吸入70%浓度氧可以明显改善其力竭运动所致的血液流变性质异常状态,从而有助于消除疲劳、恢复体能.

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of breathing 70%oxygen on hemorheology after incremental exercise to exhaustion. The blood viscosity (BV), plasma viscosity (PV), erythrocyte aggregation index (A1 and A2), erythrocyte deformability index (TK), erythrocyte rigid index (VR) and hematocrit (Hct) were obtained and analyzed. The results indicated that inhaling hyper-oxygen after exhausted-exercise could significantly accelerate the recovery of abnormal hemorheology which is induced by exercise.
