| 摘 要： | 真空预处理设备主要应用于液晶显示器件生产工艺中液晶玻盒的内部深层净化环节,通过对加热、保温、抽真空、充氮气进行自动控制,达到提高LCD产品品质和良品率的目的。文章主要介绍了真空预处理设备的工作原理、实现的功能、控制系统和加热系统,重点介绍了该设备的加热方式、温度控制方式和控制原理。

| Abstract: | The vacuum pretreatment equipment is mainly used in the glass box in the LCD production process of deep internal purification links, heating, insulation, vacuum, nitrogen filling, automatic control, in order to improve the purpose of the LCD product quality. This paper introduces the working principle of the vacuum pretreatment equipment to achieve the functionality, control systems and heating systems. The heating method, temperature control method and control theory as the focus. |
