| 摘 要： | 在企业确定存贮策略时，由于消耗类型的变化，应用连续消耗库存模型存在有一定的局限性。本文在著名经济批量模型公式中引入了系数－消耗速度比（平均消耗速度与实际消耗速度的比值），建立了阶段消耗库存模型，该模型可取代连续消耗库存模型，同时又比连续消耗模型具有更广泛的适用性。 |

| Abstract: | In actually defining enterprise's inventory policy, traditional continuous consuming inventory model has some limitations because of the variant of consuming types. By introducing consuming velocity ratio that of which average consuming velocity to actual consuming velocity, this paper has established a discrete consuming inventory model which is an extension to the old economical lot-size formula. Its calculating result is more accurate and more applicable. |
