新疆两色金鸡菊提取物体外清除自由基活性研究

摘    要:以乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波辅助提取新疆两色金鸡菊.提取物经不同极性溶剂进行萃取,获得不同极性溶剂提取物.同时考察这些提取物在体外清除DPPH、ABTS+、羟自由基(*OH)和超氧自由基(*O2-)的能力.结果显示,新疆两色金鸡菊氯仿提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物清除DPPH的能力(SC50)依次是(7.6×10~3±4.02)μg/mL、(1.75×10~2±3.64)μg/mL、(1.34×10~2±2.75)μg/mL和(2.28×10~2±4.64)μg/mL;清除ABTS+自由基的能力(SC50)依次是(4.53×10~3±6.37)μg/mL、(1.26×10~2±2.97)μg/mL、(90.72±3.16)μg/mL和(1.28×10~2±5.78)μg/mL;清除*OH自由基的能力(SC50)依次是(3.86×10~3±5.79)μg/mL、(14.49±0.576)μg/mL、(13.80±0.672)μg/mL和(22.41±1.13)μg/mL.在不同自由基清除体系中,与阳性对照维生素C和叔丁基对羟基茴香醚相比,新疆两色金鸡菊不同极性溶剂提取物表现出强弱不同的自由基清除能力.

In vitro Free Radicals Scavenging Activities of Extracts from Coreopsis Tinctoria Flowering Tops in Xinjiang

Abstract:The Coreopsis tinctoria flowering tops(CTF)in Xinjiang was extracted with ethanol by ultrasonic-assisted extraction.The crude alcoholic extract was concentrated and suspended in distilled water,and defatted with petroleum ether.The aqueous layer was successively extracted with chloroform,ethyl acetate,and n-butanol.Forethmore,the radicals scavenging activities of the CTF extracts were investigated through DPPH,ABTS,*OH and*O2-assays.The results showed that the chloroform extract(CE),ethyl acetate extract(EAE)and n-butanol extract(BE)for DPPH radical scavenging activities(SC50)of 7.6×103± 4.02,1.75×102± 3.64,1.34×102± 2.75,2.28×102± 4.64μg/mL,respectively.The CE,EAE and BE for ABTS+radical scavenging activities(SC50)of 4.53×103± 6.37,1.26×102± 2.97,90.72 ± 3.16,1.28×102±5.78μg/mL,respectively.The CE,EAE and BE for*OH radical scavenging activities(SC50)of 3.86×103±5.79,14.49±0.576,(13.80 ± 0.672)and(22.41 ± 1.13)μg/mL,respectively.The extracts of CTF showed different radical-scavenging capacity,which compared with vitamin C and butylated hydroxyanisole(BHA)in different radical scavenging system.
