摘    要:介绍了表面光接枝的原理,方法和应用前景,表面光接枝主要是用芳酮引发有机材料产生表面自由基,从而引发单体聚合生成表面接枝链。实施方法有气相法,液相法和连续液相法。表面光接枝应用领域广泛,可用于聚合材料的表面改性以及表面功能化。

Abstract:Surface photografting polymerization (SPGP) may be intiated by the photoredution reation of an aromatic ketone with a surface H donors, the chain transfer of a free radical to the surface of organic materials, as well as the fragmentation of a special photo sensitive group on the surface of materials. SPGP may be conducted by a vapor phase process, a liquid phase process or a bulk phase process. The previous applications of SPGP are surface modification of organic materials, especially polyolefins. The main properties modified by SPGP are adhesiveness, printability, paintability, dyeability, anti fogging properties, gloss, anti static properties, lubrication, anti staining properties, bio compatibility, heat sealability, and so on. In recent years, extensive researches have been reported for the functionalization of a polymer surface, e.g., the preparation of separation membrane, polymer supported catalysts, reagents, ligands for absorption of metal ions, as well as polymer forming method.
