摘    要:不同晶体结构ZrO2的制备探索表明,二氧化锆的晶体结构极大地依赖于它的制备条件,从同一种原料可以制备出不同晶体结构的二氧化锆,也可以从不同的锆直产制备出同一种晶体结构的二氧化锆。

Abstract:Experimental results show that the crystal structure of zirconia greatly depends on the conditions of their preparation. Zirconia with different crystal structures could be prepared from the same zirconium salt, and zirconia with a specified crystal structure also could be prepared from different zirconium salts. The conditions influencing the crystal structures are: zirconium salts used, Zr 4+ ion concentration, solution pH value, neutralizing speed with ammonia, Zr 4+ ion solution temperature, and the calcining temperature of Zr(OH) 4. Hence, it is believed that there are two kinds of ion species containing zirconium atom in solution, one is the tetramer, [Zr 4(OH) 816H 2O] 8+ , and the other is the ion containing only one zirconium atom. The former leads to monoclinic zirconia and the latter to tetragonal one.
