| Abstract: | This paper studies the controllability and observability for a class of fractionalorder impulsive systems.First,the basic acknowledgement of fractional-order systems is presented.Then the solution of the fractional-order impulsive systems is given.Finally,necessary and sufficient criteria for controllability and observability are obtained. |
