摘    要:生物分配色谱是指在色谱系统中引入类生物膜结构,以色谱学方法仿真药物与生物膜的相互作用,现已成为评估药物膜通透性和活性的高通量筛选模型。根据最新进展并结合课题组研究内容,对其理论基础、分类及应用进行了评述,并对这一领域的发展和前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Biopartitioning chromatography(BPC) emulates drug-membrane interactions by introducing biomembrane-mimetic into chromatographic system,and has become a high throughput screening platform for evaluating drug membrane permeability and biological activity.The theoretical basis,classification and application of BPC are overviewed based on the latest advances and our recent works.The development potential and perspectives of BPC are also discussed.
