摘    要:针对某双吸式离心泵流量和扬程达不到设计要求,效率偏低的情况,对该泵内部三维湍流进行了数值模拟,通过对泵内流场和总压变化过程的分析,找出了该泵达不到设计要求的原因,提出了切割叶轮进口以扩大进口面积的改进方案.对改进后的泵内部流场进行了数值模拟,并与改进前泵内流场数值计算结果进行对比,性能预测表明改进后的泵基本达到了设计要求.在此基础上,对改进后的泵进行了实验测试,结果表明上述改进措施是有效的,数值模拟方法为水泵的优化设计提供了有力工具.

Abstract:t Numerical simulation of internal three-dimensional turbulent flow within a double-suction centrifugal pump is carried out,because the flow rate,head and efficiency of the pump can't meet the goal of design.The reason why the pump can't meet the requirement was found based on the numerical analysis of the internal flow field and the variation of total pressure in the pump.Therefore,the impeller is incised to enlarge its inlet for the purpose of improving the performance of the pump.The internal flow within the amended pump is simulated.Compared with the result of the original pump,the internal flow within the improved pump was better and the performance of the improved pump meets the requirement of design.On this basis,the improved pump was tested,and the experimental results show that the improvement is effective.In any way,the numerical method can offer a credible method for optimization of pumps.
