摘    要:采用液-液分配和中性氧化铝二次净化气相色谱-火焰光度检测(GC-FPD)大豆中常见有机磷农药。有机磷加标回收率为92%—109%,在0.1—4mg/L内有比较好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.991,检出限为0.005mg/kg(添加回收)。

Abstract:In this paper,common organic phosphorus pesticides in soybean were detected by liquid-liquid partitioning chromatography,and gas chromatography-flame photometric detector (GC-FPD) with secondary cleaning in neutral alumina.The recoveries of standard addition of organic phosphorus pesticides ranged from 92% to 109%,and there was a relatively excellent linear relationship in the range of 0.1—4.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.991.The addition-recovery detecting limit was 0.005mg/kg.
