| 摘 要： | 以 2 mg/ kg剂量的血卟啉衍生物 (Hp D)对 4 3例患者进行荧光诊断 ,其中 35例为肿瘤患者 ,8例为非肿瘤患者。以光学多道分析仪 (OMA)系统记录和分析荧光光谱。数据经归一化处理 ,肿瘤患者的标本荧光强度平均值为 1.18± 0 .13,而非肿瘤患者标本的平均值为 1.0 0± 0 .0 6 ,以前者下限 1.0 5为标准诊断肿瘤 ,其阳性率为 91.4 %。

| Abstract: | 43 patients were received fluorescent diagnosis induced by small dose of hematoporphyrin (2 mg/kg). 35 of them were cancered. The rest were non-cancered. By recording and analyzing the spectrum of fluorescence with optical multichannel analyser (OMA), managing the data, it was found that the fluorescence intensitics were 1.18±0.13 for cancered patients, 1.00±0.06 for non-cancered patients. Using the floor level of the formar 1.05 as tumor diagnosis criterion, the positive rate was 91.4%. |
