利维爱治疗围绝经期综合症的临床观察

目的 研究利维爱治疗围绝经期综合症的临床效果。方法将160例围绝经期综合症患者平均分为两组，观察组为服用利维爱1．25—2．5mg，1次／d，对照组为服用尼尔雌醇1-2mg，1次／15d，观察两组用药前后更年期症状、情绪、泌尿生殖道症状及治疗效果等的改善情况。结果分别对用药后3个月潮热、出汗、情绪、阴道干燥、性交困难等均有不同程度的改善。观察组用药后3个月后显效58例（72．5％）；有效例21例（26．25％）；无效1例（1．25％）。对照组用药3个月后，显效50例（62.5％）；有效18例（22.5％）；无效12例（15％）。结论利维爱治疗围绝经期综合症的临床效果显著，在缓解围绝经期症状方面效果优于尼尔雌醇，不良反应少于尼尔雌醇。

Clinical observation of Livial on the treatment of perimenopause syndrome

Objective： To explore the curative effect of Livial on perimenopause syndrome. Methods： 160 patients with perimenopause syndrome were divided into two groups,the observation group were treated with 1.25-2.5mg Livial per day, and the control group with 1-2mg nilestriol at interval of 15 days. The climacteric symptom, the emotional disorder, the urogenital tract symptom and the therapeutic effects were observed before and after treatment. Results： Many symptoms such as hot, sweating, the emotional disorder, colpoxerosis and dyspareunia were all improved during 3 months following treatment,there were 58 eases with marked effect（72.5%）, 21 cases with effective（26.25%）, and 1 ease with no-effect（1.25%） in the observation group. In the control group cured 50 patients （62.5% ） , effectual 18 patients（22.5%）and ineffective 12 cases（15%）. Conclusion： Livial is more effective than nilestriol for oerimenopause syndrome.
