| 摘 要： | 本文通过对半导体激光器（LD）速率方程的数值求解，分析了外腔半导体激光器（ECLD）腔参量（谱线展宽因子α，LD面向外腔的端面反射率R等）对于双稳环跳变的动态特性的影响。
