商业布局与商场差异竞争的数学模型分析

摘    要:在豪泰林模型的基础上研究商业合理布局与市场定位的问题.在模型中,通过引入刻画商品差异的变量与消费者对商品差异的偏好变量,分析得到:对于没有商品差异性的商场在布局上应该尽量远离,保持自己的市场份额;对集中在市中心的大型综合性商场应该采取差异竞争的策略,同时还应兼顾当地的消费水平结构.
