摘 要: | 短梗霉多糖系出芽短梗霉的发酵产物,由于该多糖具有许多独特的物理化学和生物学特性,因此被广泛应用于医药制造、食品工业、化妆品工业、烟草工业及农业等众多领域,是一种具有极大经济价值的多功能新型生物产品。本文对该多糖的性质及应用进行较详细地综述。
