| 摘 要： | 随着企业规模的不断扩大，企业固定资产数目的种类也在与日俱增，传统的企业固定资产验证费时费力容易出错，而基于RFID（射频识别）的资产验证管理系统可大大提高验证的效率。介绍了RFID技术在固定资产验证管理系统中的应用，着重介绍了基于WinCE5．0平台的手持机端的开发以及PC端软件的开发。
