摘    要:分析了作者设计的新型催化-分离脱氢膜反应器的氢传递过程原理。从热力学上讨论了膜分离对脱氢反应平衡移动的作用。实验考察了几种无机膜材料的气体渗透性能并研究了不同工艺条件对选择性渗氢过程的影响。

Abstract:The principle of hydrogen transfer in catalysis-separation dehydrogenation membrane reactor designed by the authors is ana- lyzed in detail.The effect of membrane separation on the chemical equilibrium shift of dehydrogenation is discussed on the basis of thermodynamics.The permeability of gases in several inorganic mem- branes was observed and the influences of various process condi- tions on the selective permeation of hydrogen are investigated experimen tally.
