颗粒在水轮机转轮内的运动轨迹研究

摘    要:根据颗粒在流场中的受力公式,推导出了低Re下颗粒在水轮机各通流部件上绝对运动的运动轨迹通解方程及高Re下的轨迹计算方程.在采用相对坐标的基础上,推导出了颗粒在水轮机转轮内的运动轨迹方程.还计算了不同颗粒在水轮机转轮内的运动轨迹.

Abstract:Based on the expressions for the force applied on the particle in a flow field, the general solution for the trajectory of the moving particle in stationary and rotational coordinate sys- tems in the case of low Re has been derived, and the equation of the trajectory has also been obtained in the case of high Re. A method for calculating the runner potential flow is given and, as an example, the meridional flow field of GH200-W-35 is also given. The trajectories for particles with different diameters in the runner of the Francis turbine are calculated. Results of calculation are very close to those obtained by K. Minemura.
