摘    要:为提高大庆油田萨北过渡带葡萄花油层PI3单元的原油产量,增加最终采收率,根据葡萄花油层地质概况,采用数值模拟方法,开展水平井开采参数优化研究。分析葡萄花油层剩余油饱和度分布规律,优化水平井SJ1在目的油层的井轨迹及水平井射孔射开层段位置,确定目的层内水平井最佳多段射孔组合方案及射孔方式,并划分措施隔水层位置。模拟结果表明:PI3油层剩余油主要分布在油层中下部的4~6小层内,剩余油储量为33.34万t;最优水平井入靶点位于980.3m深度,钻井完钻深度为991.5 m,水平段长度约为186 m;在最佳射孔位置组合方案及分段射孔方式条件下,水平井累积产油量为1.961万t,综合含水率为96.8%。参数优化后的葡萄花油层水平井合理产液量为50~60 m3/d,采收率提高了16.08%,达到了有效挖潜剩余油的目的。

Abstract:Aimed at increasing the crude production and improving ultimate recovery of Daqing oil field north sa intermediate zone Putaohua oil layer PI3 unit, this paper describes the study of the horizontal well parameter optimization using the simulation method according to the general geological conditions. The study consists of analyzing the law governing the saturation distribution of the remaining oil in Putaohua oil layer, optimizing the well trajectory in the target layer and the perforation interval position of horizontal well SJ1, determining the optimum muhi-interval perforation combination and the casing perforation type of the horizontal well within the target layer, and dividing the position of the treatment waterproof layer. The simulation result shows that the remaining oil is distributed mainly in the sublayer 4, 5 and 6, located in the middle and lower parts of the oil layer, with a reserve of 33.34 × 10^4 t. The optimal target and finishing drill is located in the depth 980.3 m to 991.5 m and horizontal section is approximately 186 m long. The optimized perforation position combination and the interval perforation type give the cumulative horizontal well oil production of 1. 961 × 10^4 t and the composite water cut of 96.8%. Horizontal wells in Putaohua oil layer subjected to parameter optimization have a reasonable liquid production of 50 -60 m3/d, and a recovery increase of 16.08% , thereby contributing to an effective recovery of the remaining oil.
