摘    要:用引上法生长Yb:YAG晶体,确定了合适的退火工艺,研究了Yb:YAG晶体中Yb^3+的光谱性能双及晶体缺陷对Yb^2+光谱性能的影响。

Abstract:Yb:YAG crystal was grown by czochralski method, and an adequate annealing condition was determined to remove all of the color and most of the strain in the crystal. Spectral properties of Yb:YAG crystal were studied as well as the influence of crystal defects on its spectral properties.
